Steve and Diana Scudiero opened Steve’s Villa Capri in October 2014 continuing a Scudiero family tradition of serving delicious and authentic Italian cuisine to families and friends around the Kansas City area for over 50 years.
Steve’s Villa Capri harkens back to days when mom and pop restaurants were the norm, and the owners regularly mingled with diners and know them by name. In fact, many “regulars” grew up dining at the Villa Capri, which opened in 1961 by Steve’s father Tony “Popo” Scudiero in old downtown Overland Park. Steve’s Villa Capri still serves up pizzas, pastas, and meatballs made using the Scudiero family’s Neapolitan and Sicilian-inspired recipes handed down through generations - with Steve’s own personal twists!
Steve and Diana welcome you to enjoy a homemade Italian meal in their relaxed and family-friendly dining room. Steve's Villa Capri is the only place to go when you are craving simple, hearty, and delicious Italian cuisine in a friendly and casual atmosphere at a reasonable price.
